RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your Legal Rights – When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer.  These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our Policy (in addition to your legal rights) - I hope that you love our handcrafted jewellery, but if you are unhappy in any way and wish to return an item, please do so within 28 days of receiving your item, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. I will then exchange the item or refund the full cost of the item to the card or bank details provided during the initial purchase, depending on your preference.

You are responsible for the return postage fees, except when an item is faulty. Although there is no requirement to tell me, it would be helpful to know why you are returning an item so that I can improve my products and services in the future.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our aim is to get your order to you in good condition, and make sure it’s safely delivered. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

Under £50 – All items under £50 will be sent Royal Mail Signed for First Class Post and will require a signature on delivery.

Over £50 – Items over £50 will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm and will require signature on delivery.

All deliveries are insured, so you won’t lose out in the unlikely event of something going wrong.
